Mahesh Bhatt's Mentality

In an interview published in the Times of India, Bigg Boss contestant said that my father's attitude has never been very good for me. He did not treat me like his son nor behaved like that. He wanted to name me 'Mohammad'. Many people do not believe this, but it is true. He always wanted me to be known as Mohammad.

Then the people of Maharashtra living in his neighborhood requested his Anglo Indian mother on this issue and said that Mahesh Bhatt has more opportunities to show his secularism. Rahul said during the interview that if Mahesh Bhatt feels that he is a good Muslim then he should treat all his children in the same manner.

They should not differentiate between their sons and daughters. His mother may have been a Muslim, but I never had any communication with him. It is difficult to guess that what would happen to me if my name was Mohammed? No one knows me nor does anyone know that Mahesh Bhatt also has a son. Rahul's Relation with Parents
